Mrs Higgins Anzac Cookies (we call them biscuits) are a yummy, oaty treat based on the Anzac biscuits of byegone days.

Anzac Biscuits were a biscuit made at home in New Zealand to send to troops during the First World War.  They have now become an iconic New Zealand cookie that we still make all year round.
