These pretty paua shell earrings have an equally pretty filigree top.

They hang from silver hooks.

The earrings measure approximately 1.5cm (5/8") long.  

The paua shell is our native abalone, found only in New Zealand waters.  Its shell contains beautiful irridescent shades of blue, green, pink and purple.
