Pre-warm the area of fabric where the patch is to go, by ironing it. Place the patch with the back side against the warmed fabric and then cover with a piece of material to protect the iron and the patch. Iron for 40 seconds. Flip whole garment over and iron the fabric behind the patch for another 40 seconds. Enjoy!
